Key Responsibilities & Duties
As the successful Quantity Surveyor, you will be integrated into the project team with a focus on financial control and risk mitigation. Your day-to-day duties will be varied and critical to project success.
- Cost Planning & Estimating: Preparing accurate initial cost estimates, detailed cost plans, and life-cycle costing analyses for projects ranging from £500k to multi-million pound developments in the Liverpool city region.

Essential Requirements & Skills
