We won’t send anyone who doesn’t have previous warehouse experience, so you don’t need to worry about that. We will only provide you with staff who have worked in a warehouse environment previously and are able to just get on with the job, as soon as they start.
Self-Motivated
The role of the warehouse operative is one which requires someone who can work on their own initiative and who is self-motivated enough to do this. You can expect this quality from our candidates; they will be self-starters who will be able to work independently, as well as together with colleagues when required.
