Key Responsibilities & Duties

As the lead AI Bot Solutions Architect, you will own the technical vision and execution. Your day-to-day will involve deep collaboration and hands-on architecture.

• End-to-End Solution Design: Architect, document, and present comprehensive AI bot solutions leveraging platforms like Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Rasa, or custom LLM stacks. Define the integration architecture with existing CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ERP, and communication systems.
• Technical Leadership & Strategy: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. Evaluate and recommend AI/ML technologies, NLP services, and deployment frameworks (cloud, on-prem, hybrid) to meet strategic business goals and ROI targets.
• Development Oversight & Best Practices: Provide hands-on guidance to development teams on coding standards, CI/CD pipelines for AI models, testing methodologies for conversational flows, and security protocols for data handling within chatbot ecosystems.
• Performance Optimisation & Analytics: Implement monitoring, logging, and analytics frameworks to track bot performance (intent recognition accuracy, conversation fallback rates, user satisfaction). Use data-driven insights to iterate on and improve the conversational experience continuously.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure all architected solutions adhere to relevant data protection regulations (GDPR, UK Data Protection Act), industry-specific compliance standards, and enterprise security policies.

Essential Skills & Requirements
