Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties

✓Patient Care & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for patients in the surgery, providing reassurance, clear explanations, and excellent customer service. Record accurate patient notes, update medical histories, and provide tailored post-operative advice and oral health education.

✓Radiography & Laboratory Liaison: Take and process dental radiographs (if qualified) following IR(ME)R regulations. Manage the sending and receiving of laboratory work, such as impressions for crowns, bridges, and dentures, ensuring timely and accurate communication with dental technicians.
