About the Tiler Role in Coventry

Key Responsibilities

You will be expected to carry out the following duties with professionalism and attention to detail:

  • ◆ Set out tile patterns, cut tiles to precise dimensions using wet saws and angle grinders
  • ◆ Apply adhesives and lay ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, and mosaic tiles to walls and floors
  • ◆ Grout, seal, and finish tiled areas to achieve a clean, level, and watertight result
  • ◆ Interpret technical drawings and specifications to deliver works to client standards
  • ◆ Follow all health & safety regulations on site, including PPE compliance and COSHH awareness
  • ◆ Liaise with site supervisors, project managers, and other trades to coordinate programme
