We are looking for a motivated, experienced Welder/Fabricator for our client. As allowance of the team of professional fabricators, you construct and produce metal parts and products, taking particular care to fabricate clean, polished welds. You follow blueprints, determine material measurements, and accept responsibility for fabricating parts used in future assembly processes. You are answerable for the feel of your output, so you must be skilled to perform simple tests to ensure weld tone and tolerance.

Duties and Responsibilities Of Welder/Fabricator Job In St Vincent’s Hamlet

  • Fabricate and fabricate metal parts for well along assembly
  • Follow blueprints to ensure correct specifications of output
  • Produce strong, clean welds
  • Test output to ensure strength and tolerance of welds

Welder Fabricator Requirements and Qualifications

  • Prior experience welding, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity when common welding tools and procedures, including MIG welding TIG welding, metal fabricating, grinding, and triumph metals
  • Ability to stand, crouch, and occasionally raise heavy equipment
  • Blueprint reading and knowledge of common welding symbols
