Key Responsibilities & Duties

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot a wide range of audio-visual equipment including projectors, LED walls, sound systems, microphones (wired & wireless), video conferencing units (Zoom, Teams, Crestron), and lighting rigs for meetings and events in Cardiff CF10 venues.

Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues swiftly to minimise event disruption.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused attitude. You must be able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly and patiently.
Physical fitness to handle equipment, cable runs, and set-ups, similar to the demands of a Handyman or site-based role.
