Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and levelling ground using mechanical plates and rollers, ensuring a solid, stable base for construction.
- Installing drainage systems, including laying pipes, constructing inspection chambers, and backfilling trenches.
- Assisting with the construction of concrete foundations, footings, and slabs, including formwork erection, steel fixing, and pouring.
- Operating site plant and machinery (with appropriate tickets/CPCS) such as dumpers, rollers, and small excavators under supervision.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area, adhering strictly to all site health, safety, and environmental regulations.
