Location: Liverpool

Main responsibilities:

1. Overseeing and managing construction projects from start to completion

2. Coordinating and supervising construction workers and subcontractors

3. Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

4. Implementing and enforcing health and safety regulations on site

5. Liaising with architects, engineers, and clients to discuss progress and resolve issues

6. Managing the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment

7. Preparing reports and maintaining accurate records of project progress and expenditure

1. Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role

2. Excellent knowledge of building and construction processes

3. Strong leadership and organizational skills

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills

5. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

6. Proficient in using computer software, such as Microsoft Office and project management tools

7. CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card holder

8. Relevant construction-related qualifications, such as HNC/HND or degree in Construction Management

1. At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role

2. Experience managing various types of construction projects, such as residential, commercial, or industrial

3. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Liverpool
