Your Day-to-Day Duties as a Healthcare Support Worker

In this hands-on patient-facing role, you will be an integral part of the care team. Your core duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Emotional and Social Support: Providing companionship, reassurance, and emotional support to patients and their families, communicating effectively and with compassion.
• Infection Prevention: Maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment, adhering to strict infection control procedures including hand hygiene and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with Registered Nurses, Doctors, and other healthcare professionals to deliver a high standard of holistic care and reporting any patient concerns promptly.

Essential Skills & Experience We Require
