Main Responsibilities:
- Operate telehandlers and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and transport materials across construction sites and warehouses.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and site-specific procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Maintain accurate records of tasks completed and materials moved.
- Assist in other construction or warehouse tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid telehandler operator license or certification.
- CPCS card (preferred).
- Excellent spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance.
- Physical fitness to handle long hours of operation and occasional heavy lifting.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating telehandlers or similar equipment.
- Previous experience in construction, warehousing, or logistics is beneficial.
