We are seeking skilled and experienced Scaffolding Erector Specialists to join our team in Birmingham. The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding systems on various construction projects.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Interpret scaffolding plans and designs to ensure accurate installation

2. Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding structures following safety regulations and company procedures

3. Inspect scaffolding materials and equipment for any defects or damage

4. Collaborate with other construction professionals to coordinate scaffolding requirements

5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment

6. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Scaffolding Erector Specialist

2. Comprehensive understanding of scaffolding systems, including tube and clip, system scaffolding, and suspended scaffolding

3. Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations, such as the Work at Height Regulations

4. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

5. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing project requirements

6. Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights

7. Valid CISRS (Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme) card

Experience:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in scaffolding erection within the construction industry

2. Demonstrable knowledge of various scaffolding systems and their applications

3. Experience working on a diverse range of construction projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial sites
