Job Description:
We are seeking skilled CAD Technicians to join our growing team in Maidstone. As a CAD Technician, you will play a crucial role in creating and modifying technical drawings for various engineering and architectural projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software
- Interpret design concepts and sketches to create accurate technical drawings
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure design accuracy
- Modify existing drawings and update documentation as required
- Perform calculations and material quantity estimates
- Maintain drawing archives and ensure proper file management
- Adhere to industry standards and company guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other relevant CAD software
- Strong understanding of technical drawing principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- HNC/HND in a relevant technical field or equivalent qualification
Experience:
